In partnership with world-class advisors and tattoo artists, Co:Create hand selects the roster of top-tier artists to ensure clients can trust they will get a high quality tattoo.

The role

As the Senior Product Manager at Co:Create Ink, you will spearhead the development and execution of our product strategy. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, your focus will be on our mobile application. Your mission is to create an innovative, user-centric platform that revolutionizes how tattoo artists and collectors interact, while propelling the company's growth and market presence. Mission & Outcomes for the Senior Product Manager⁠

You’ll Get to

Own a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns company goals with tattoo artist and tattoo client needs.

Develop a deep understanding of both tattoo artists' and clients' needs, pain points, and desires.

Design and implement features that enhance the user experience for both artists and clients on our platform.

Develop strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention on our platform.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and high-quality product development.

Engage with customer success teams to gather insights and address user concerns through product improvements.

Who we are looking for

5+ years of Product Management experience with high-performing engineering teams, at least 1+ of experience of it in the marketplace or tattoos space.

Prior experience leading product teams at high performing start-ups.

The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.

Someone who can engage with our clients and artists and deliver a well-researched, unambiguous PRD

A good communicator with effective client management & conflict resolution skills

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus

A technical background, such as a software engineer or other technical IC roles

A deep passion for tattoos

Experience in a two-sided marketplace or successful start-up

An MBA
