As the Senior Product Manager at Co:Create Ink, you will spearhead the development and execution of our product strategy, with a primary focus on our mobile application. Your mission is to create an innovative, user-centric platform that revolutionizes how tattoo artists and collectors interact, while propelling the company's growth and market presence. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver a product that delights our users, drives company growth, and establishes Co:Create Ink as the leading tattoo marketplace. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between tradition and technology, creating lasting value for artists and collectors alike.

Craft Product Strategy and Innovation

Own a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns company goals with tattoo artist and tattoo client needs.

Lead the ideation, definition, and prioritization of new features and improvements for our mobile app and cross-platform expansion.

Collaborate with the CPO to contribute to high-level product strategy discussions and decision-making.

Conduct market research to understand evolving trends in both tattooing and technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Champion data-driven decision making by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.

Elevate Tattoo Experiences

Develop a deep understanding of both tattoo artists' and clients' needs, pain points, and desires.

Design and implement features that enhance the user experience for both artists and clients on our platform.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity.

Implement and analyze user feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the product.

Ensure that the product maintains a balance between honoring tattoo traditions and leveraging cutting-edge technology.

Accelerate Product Growth and Adoption

Develop strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention on our platform.

Identify and implement features that encourage viral growth and network effects within our community.

Collaborate with marketing to create compelling product narratives and value propositions for different artist and client segments.

Analyze user behavior and platform metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our product at the forefront of innovation.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and high-quality product development.

Engage with customer success teams to gather insights and address user concerns through product improvements.

Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision and goals.

Create and maintain detailed product requirements documents and user stories.
