Mission

The Head of Growth at Co:Create will lead the charge in positioning Co:Create as the trusted global home for tattoo artists and clients. This leader will focus on driving artist adoption of Co:Create as their primary booking platform while ensuring clients see Co:Create as the trusted resource for discovering and booking with the world’s best tattoo artists. They will build awareness, trust, and engagement, creating a seamless bridge between artists and clients.
The ideal candidate will execute data-driven, creative strategies to expand artist and client engagement, elevate the brand’s credibility, and drive growth through trust and transparency. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Co:Create delivers on its promise to make booking exceptional tattoos simple, secure, and streamlined.

Outcomes

Drive Artist Growth and Activation
Develop and execute a growth strategy to onboard artists to Co:Create, focusing on top-tier tattoo artists.
Craft compelling, data-driven campaigns that create awareness and convey Co:Create’s value proposition to artists.
Manage the onboarding team to improve artist onboarding success rates through streamlined processes and tailored support.
Activate artists to utilize Co:Create as their primary booking platform by showcasing the benefits of centralized bookings and client communication.
Build systems to turn onboarded artists and clients into active brand evangelists.
Implement and Optimize CRM Strategy
Define and execute a CRM strategy that enables Co:Create to build the most intelligent and dynamic database of artists and clients.
Segment audiences to create targeted lists of clients based on interests, followed artists, and tattoo styles.
Design and implement automated notifications, SMS and emails to clients when artists open their books, release new designs, or guest spot in specific locations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance CRM tools and capabilities.
Increase Client Conversion and Engagement
Collaborate with Product to optimize the client journey from inquiry to booking, reducing friction and improving conversion rates.
Develop and execute client nurturing campaigns that highlight new artist opportunities and exclusive releases.
Leverage data and insights to design trigger-based notifications that drive client engagement and loyalty.
Build a Data-Driven Growth Framework
Establish and track key metrics, including artist onboarding numbers, client inquiry-to-booking conversion rates, and CRM-driven engagement.
Use data and experimentation to continuously refine strategies and achieve high-impact results.
Identify growth opportunities through robust analytics and a deep understanding of artist and client behavior.
Lead and Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Manage and grow a small, high-performing team focused on artist onboarding and engagement.
Partner with Brand/Editorial, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and seamless execution.
Act as a thought leader for growth and product marketing, bringing creative solutions and best practices to the organization.
