Mission and Outcomes
Here’s what we believe the mission and outcomes of the role will be.
Mission
Drive the growth and activation of top tattoo artists on CO:CREATE by identifying, engaging, onboarding, and activating them to use CO:CREATE as their primary booking platform. Every artist on CO:CREATE is handpicked by a Curator, and this role ensures that selected artists move seamlessly through the process—from discovery to onboarding to full activation.
Outcomes
1️⃣ Cultivate & Engage Top Artists
Before an artist is selected for CO:CREATE, this role is responsible for proactive engagement to build relationships and spark interest in joining.
Individually engaging with high-potential artists via Instagram DMs, emails, and other channels to introduce them to CO:CREATE. DMing artists who follow our IG account to thank them, start a conversation, and encourage them to apply for curator selection. Monitoring and tracking artist interest & engagement, ensuring that promising artists are surfaced for curator review. Developing an ongoing pipeline of top artists who align with CO:CREATE’s standards of excellence. 2️⃣ Manage the Artist Selection Process
Every artist on CO:CREATE is selected by a trusted Curator. This role ensures that process runs smoothly by:
Managing two pathways for selection: Curator-Selected Artists – Artists proactively chosen by a Curator for their list. Artist Applications – Artists who apply for consideration and are reviewed by a Curator. Creating and maintaining the list of artists who apply for Curator review, sending it to Curators, and tracking their decisions. Ensuring that all approved artists are correctly documented and processed for addition to the World’s Best Artist (WBA) Directory. 3️⃣ Engage & Build Relationships with Selected Artists
Once an artist is approved for CO:CREATE, this role is responsible for:
Proactively reaching out to inform them of their selection and confirm their profile details. Starting a conversation with each artist—educating them on CO:CREATE, answering questions, and getting them excited about what we do. Providing concierge-level support to make onboarding seamless and personalized. 4️⃣ Ensure Smooth Onboarding to the Platform
Preparing the Google Sheet data files (or manually adding artists) to onboard them into our system. Communicating with artists at every stage of the onboarding process, ensuring they have what they need to set up their full profile and start accepting bookings. Troubleshooting issues and answering questions to remove any friction in getting started. 5️⃣ Drive Artist Activation & Platform Adoption
Getting artists onto CO:CREATE is just the start—this role ensures they fully activate by:
Encouraging them to complete their profiles and accept bookings. Following up over time to deepen engagement, provide updates, and keep them connected to CO:CREATE. Converting onboarded artists into fully activated users who make CO:CREATE their primary booking platform by: Getting them to link to CO:CREATE in their Instagram bio. Encouraging them to add their CO:CREATE profile link to their website (if applicable). Ensuring they use CO:CREATE for all client inquiries and bookings. Who You Are
