The role
The Head of Growth at Co:Create will own the growth strategy and execution to scale artist adoption, engagement, and retention while driving client activation and nurturing. This role is at the heart of Co:Create’s mission to become the trusted global home for tattoo artists and clients, with a laser focus on building awareness, driving artist onboarding, and optimizing client-artist interactions through innovative growth and product marketing strategies.

Drive Artist Growth and Activation. Create compelling campaigns that build awareness and convey Co:Create’s unique value proposition. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance CRM tools and capabilities for maximum impact. Develop client nurturing campaigns that highlight new artist opportunities and exclusive content. Identify new growth opportunities by deeply understanding artist and client behavior. Experience: 7+ years of growth leadership experience, preferably in a startup or marketplace environment. Passion: A genuine passion for tattoos and the tattoo industry. Familiarity with tattoo culture is essential. Growth Strategist: You have proven experience in driving growth for two-sided marketplaces or within creative industries, with a track record of success in scaling adoption and engagement. CRM Expert: You have deep expertise in CRM tools, segmentation, and automation to create meaningful client-artist connections and drive engagement. Data-Driven Decision Maker: You’re skilled at analyzing data to inform decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize strategies. Collaborative Leader: You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align efforts and deliver seamless results. Artist and Client-Centric: You have a passion for the tattoo industry and an understanding of the needs of both artists and clients. Brand Builder: Able to articulate and amplify Co:Create’s value proposition to artists and clients alike. Results-Oriented: You’re relentlessly focused on achieving measurable outcomes, with the ability to prioritize effectively for maximum impact.
