Mission

Ensure CO:CREATE’s brand is visually and verbally consistent across every touchpoint—email, SMS, web pages, app, social posts, and beyond. This role isn’t just about maintaining brand standards—it’s about executing at a high level, bringing our brand to life through exceptional design, clear and compelling copy, and a seamless user experience across marketing and product.
The Brand & Creative Lead is both a strategic thinker and a doer—owning the visual and verbal identity of CO:CREATE while executing high-impact creative assets that drive engagement and growth.

Outcomes

1. Own & Enforce Brand Consistency Across All Touchpoints
Ensure that every interaction—web, app, emails, SMS, ads, social, product UI, and beyond—feels cohesive, premium, and unmistakably CO:CREATE.
Be the guardian of brand integrity, keeping all visual and verbal elements aligned with our brand guidelines.
Evolve and refine our brand guidelines as needed to scale with the company.
2. Design & Execute High-Impact Marketing Assets
Lead the creation of landing pages, social posts, ads, email templates, and other digital assets—executing hands-on, not just overseeing.
Ensure all marketing touchpoints feel polished, intentional, and designed to convert.
Work cross-functionally with Growth and Product to develop creative that resonates with both artists and clients.
3. Build & Maintain a Scalable Design & Content System
Implement repeatable templates and design systems for social, email, and landing pages to streamline execution and maintain consistency.
Be fluent in design tools and CMS platforms (e.g., Figma, Webflow, Adobe Suite) to build and ship assets independently when possible.
Understand what is easy vs. hard in design and engineering and design with technical feasibility in mind.
4. Elevate Brand Storytelling & Copywriting
Refine and enforce brand voice guidelines, ensuring all copy (from social captions to landing pages) aligns with CO:CREATE’s tone: clear, confident, and artist-first.
Write or refine key marketing copy where necessary, ensuring messaging is as strong as the visuals.
Collaborate with Product to ensure in-app copy, UI elements, and error messages align with our brand tone.
5. Drive Cross-Functional Brand Adoption
Partner with Product Designers to align marketing visuals with in-app experiences.
Work closely with Growth & Product to ensure artist-facing and client-facing content feels on-brand.
Enable the entire team to be brand stewards by educating them on best practices and providing easy-to-use templates and assets.

🔹 Scalability – Design and content systems in place to support rapid execution without constant reinvention.

Tech-savvy & self-sufficient – You can build in Webflow, tweak Figma files, and ship assets without needing an engineer for everything.
Hands-on & executional – You don’t just review and approve—you design, write, and build.
Cross-functional communicator – You collaborate with Product, Growth, and Engineering to ensure a seamless brand experience everywhere.
Strategic & scalable – You think ahead, building repeatable systems rather than solving the same problem twice.

Reports to: CEO (or Head of Growth)
